When I came upstate to Albany around seven years ago, I couldn’t help but notice that were so many great spots for Engagement and Wedding Photography. The second thing that got my attention was that there is a strange tour bus that goes on land and water….but that’s another story.
Downtown Albany has been one of my favorite areas to shoot in lately. Maybe it’s the great architecture that’s made up of old fashioned towers, court buildings, bridges and clock towers…maybe it’s because I like driving only 10 minutes away from my studio…who knows…I just like it.
Not too long ago I met with Jana and Josh in Albany for their E-Session. Someway…somehow I picked one of the windiest days for this shoot. There was enough wind to lift a small child up in the air but we toughed it out and had a great time. Next summer we’ll be shooting their wedding in downtown Albany at 11 North Pearl, so I think we have a nice consistent theme going here.
