The large majority people that book us for weddings, engagement photos and various portrait sessions never met me in person before they come in to the studio. Which is great because I get to meet so many interesting people with different backgrounds.
But, It’s also nice to shoot for people you know….or used to know. I went to Laguardia HS of the Arts (LAG in the house!!) with Ty, and while we didn’t know each other too well back then; for the past two years we kept talking about working on a project together because of her work in modeling, acting, singing, etc.
So, when Ty needed some portraits with her daughter for mother’s day (ok…I know I’m late blogging this) she asked me to head down to Middletown to shoot them at a local park. Sure, no problem…we travel and I love shooting family photos. So, on one of my return trips from a day of shooting in NYC I met with the mom-daughter team for their fun-filled portrait session before I headed back to Albany .
We had a great time with this one….many smiles and giggles and more giggles.
I never found out with the joke was…but it must have pretty funny!
This was a really fun shot…
Look at those smiles!
This one was so much fun that I hope you “like” it or share it!
