So, we’re in the home stretch. This coming Saturday will make the last wedding of 2011. Then I’ll go from being a Wedding Photographer to a full-time photo editor as we try to catch up on the weddings from the past month. We have the entire month of January off from weddings and I look forward to a chance to regroup and start working on some great new ideas for 2012 (maybe I’ll get some sleep too).
On with today’s blog post…..Jessica and Mike had their wedding day at Jimbo’s Club in Brant Lake (north of Lake George). Jimbo’s is at a campsite that sits right next to the lake and it’s pretty scenic with a great view of the mountains (I had this strange desire to roast some marshmallow’s though). This is one of those places that not too many people know about, but it’s a pretty good place for a wedding if you want something up in the Adirondacks. We’ve never did any weddings at Brant Lake nor have we done anything further out than Lake George before but I was happy for the opportunity and we had a great day of shooting.
