Happy New Year to everyone from Dexter Davis Photography & Video! I hope you’ve enjoyed NYE and you’ve recovered from that night (I hear aspirin really doesn’t help much). So, we’ve wrapped up another year of weddings, engagement and portrait sessions with so much more in the works for 2012. With all of the new things that we have planned I’m sure that this year will be an exciting one. I wish I could reveal what we’re working on but it will be revealed really soon!
Enough about us…on to today’s couple. Early last year Tiffany and Ryan came to us to talk about their upcoming wedding and I was happy to be their Wedding Photographer for their big day. They wanted engagement photos done so as soon as we had a nice day we went out to Albany for their e-session. After today’s blistery cold day it’s hard to imagine but it was a nice sunny day (ahhhh…the warmth). Of course you can check out that session here.
So, on to their wedding day…..Tiffany and Ryan had their entire wedding day set to be at Longfellows in Saratoga. As usual we had an early start for their prep photos and did a few formal photos before the ceremony. It was a late one so we had a chance to do some night photography on this one. There was plenty of fun stuff to see at the reception…did I mention the people dancing on the chairs?

Nice decorum at Longfellow’s that night. We really appreciated the place setting card attached to bottle corks (how many bottles of wine did that take?)
Instead of starting out with a slow dance our couple came in partying! Todd from Cool Cat Entertainment was there to keep the party going!
