Dexter Davis Photography & Films has been capturing special moments for over 20 years.
Our photography style is very relaxed and our goal is to capture images with a natural (and fun) feel.

Dexter
Dexter studied Art, Graphic Design and Photography in NYC. He started shooting weddings in 1999 while based in Brooklyn. Dexter moved the business to Upstate NY in 2007. As the Owner and lead Photographer, his goal is to ensure that you have a great experience before, during and after your day.

Cheyenne
Cheyenne brings an out of the box view on creativity and a fun-loving energy to the team! Being the Administrative Studio Assistant, Cheyenne handles various projects here at the Dexter Davis Photography and Films studio, including but not limited to photo booth operation, scheduling and assisting couples to make their wedding a day to remember. Serafina
Serafina has a vast knowledge and a degree in visual communication, specializing in advertising and graphic design. Being the Graphic Designer here at Dexter Davis Photography & Film studio, Fina handles various projects, including but not limited to photo editing and retouching, print production, designing wedding albums, team-based website and social media management, and photo booth operation.
Becky
Becky, a talented photographer specializing in weddings and portraits, is based in Troy, New York. With over 9 years of experience in the field, she has developed a keen eye for capturing beautiful moments. Becky's passion for photography began at the age of 6 after her grandmother gifted her first camera, and she has been honing her craft ever since.

Tommy
Specializing in portrait and wedding photography, Tommy has been an invaluable member of our studio since 2017. Tommy's passion for capturing the essence of a moment is evident in his work, putting his clients at ease during their sessions. His family has a long-standing tradition in the wedding and event planning industry, which has instilled in him a strong sense of precision and technical expertise.

Joe
In 2023, Joe became a part of our team and brought with him extensive knowledge and experience in the field of photography. He specializes in various categories such as weddings and engagements, commercial headshots and portraits, real estate and architecture, branding and advertising, testimonials and interviews, and sports photography. Joe brings a unique perspective to our shoots, it's always exciting to have new talent join us!

Valerie
Valerie started out assisting editorial photographers and branched out to events, commercial and architectural photography. Valerie was the head photographer at the New York Stock Exchange from 2010-2017. With a career spanning over the last 20 years, she has covered many areas of photography including, photojournalism, events, marketing, and portraiture.

Monica
Monica is one of our skilled photo booth technicians and wedding photographers. In addition to weddings, she has a specialization in capturing family portraits. What sets Monica apart is not only her vast skill set, but also her contagious energy that she brings to every shoot. She pursued her passion for photography and psychology by studying at SUNY Adirondack and successfully graduating from Bryant & Stratton College.

Juan
Juan is a Film Director, Cinematographer and editor with over 13 years’ experience in the film industry. Juan Luis graduated from the New York Film Academy in NYC in 2005, and went on to work on weddings, short films, small independent pictures, foreign pictures, big Hollywood pictures, documentaries and much more. Juan Luis’ Cinematography style is personal, raw, and engaging, embodying a wide range of emotions.
Prince
Prince is a young and ambitious cinematographer who has a keen eye for detail. He Specializes in weddings, commericals, and music videos. In addition to his expertise in cinematography, Prince has a talent for post-production work and is proficient in video editing. Prince is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree at the Los Angeles Film School, which will further develop his advance skills and knowledge in the field of cinematography!
Beach
Beach is an experienced Cinematographer. Graduating with a B.A. focused in film and video, from Columbia College in Chicago. He has a history of working in motion pictures and the film industry. A skilled artist specializing in time Lapse, astrophotography, behind the scenes capturing those special little moments, wedding Videos, engagements, events, and he’s a FAA certified drone pilot.
