Sometimes it nice to get away from the Albany area for a day to shoot a wedding. Especially, when it’s a place that we’ve never been to before like Turning Stone Casino in Verona. I always knew that I could loose my money there at the Black Jack table, but I never knew that I would be there as a Wedding Photographer.
I met Marissa the Sales Director at Treviso by Mallozzi’s a while ago and she told me that they were looking for an intimate wedding with only a few friends and family. She said they really wanted to just have fun on their wedding day. Nice…. that’s what I like to hear. When we saw the groom and best man wearing Nike sneakers with their tuxes it was a good indication that these guys were gonna have a great day.
The wedding ceremony worked out well outdoors behind the casino. We had a really nice blue sky and pretty good weather by the time the ceremony started.
Their dinner was at the Peach Blossom Chinese restaurant at Turning Stone.
Really fun wedding…glad were a part of it. Congrats Marissa and Erik!
So the bear was a cool idea since Erik’s last name is Bieber (I won’t say what his middle name is…)
Our groom received a really nice gift from our bride…New York Knicks tickets!
Marissa and Eric getting ready for their “First Look”..
I love that sky…
Dinner time at the Peach Blossom…

Dexter I was browsing your site during an insommnia attack to incoroporate some of your photos in my montage for wedding show. I stumbled upon some photos and I said I know that adorable little bride, she looks like Marissa from Mallozzi’s and low and behold I was correct again. I love her and wish her and Erik a lifetime of joy and also four kids like me with triplets 3> :o)
