Last summer I met a bride-to-be named Tara that was looking for a Photographer for her upcoming wedding in Troy. Tara and Carlos had their big day set for February and they wanted to do engagement photos too.  I was happy to come on board as their Wedding Photographer and also, to do their E-Session. Since Carlos is such a huge baseball fan (he plays for like 5 teams or something?) it only made since to use that as a theme for their photos (you can check out those pics here). We had a fun time doing those pics and I already knew they were going to have a fun wedding day.

When Tara and Carlos’ wedding day came last month it didn’t disappoint. There were plenty of fun moments during the prep photos at the hotel before the wedding. They planned on a simple ceremony at Revolution Hall in Troy with a very informal reception that was meant to just be an all out party (nice!). It fit our couple’s personality’s since they were fun and down to earth people.

So, my second shooter, Kevin tells me there were some interesting things going on in the groom’s room. Like some serious drink concoctions….hmmm

Tara had a great idea for this spot in Troy for their formal photos. We never shot there before but it worked out really well!
