Last July I went out west of Albany to visit Mackenzie and Clark’s family farm for their Engagement Session (flashback starts here). On that day I learned that when you visit a farm with 100 cows in the summer you smell things that no human should ever smell. But, I have no regrets…that was one of the most interesting and fun shoots that I’ve done in a while. This session gave me a chance to get to know more about Mackenzie and Clark (and farm-life) before shooting their Troy wedding photos. Not only was their wedding our first of 2016, it was also on the first day of the new year. This was our third time in row being back to Revolution Hall in Troy and we were happy to be back. I would have never imagined that we would have a chance to go next door and get photos of a couple and their bridal party in an empty Browns Brewing (nice!). Fun stuff….what a great wedding to start off our new year!
