The end of this wedding season was busier than the rest of the year. So, I’ve slacked off a little on the blogging to catch up on some engagement photo sessions and wedding photo editing (i think the snazzy new term is wed-iting). Well, I’m back on track and I should be putting stuff up a little more frequently now.
This latest post includes photos from one of last month’s weddings at the Appel Inn in Altamont, NY. This was a great setting for photography with a lake out back that gives the place a real country feel. The nice yellow autumn leaves didn’t hurt either.
I couldn’t resist getting a shot of Victoria’s cowboy boots before she put them on.
There’s nothing like seeing the look in a mother of the groom’s eyes before her son gets married.
This was definitely one of my favorites and a pretty popular photo on facebook.
I love the bride’s mom facial expression as she watches the first dance.
This was during the best man speech…It makes me really happy that I was ready with my zoom lens.
All I have to say is…cake can be fun!
A shot of the Appel Inn at the end of the night…
