Nicholl and Ryan’s Wedding at Key Hall at Proctors

I really appreciate and admire couples that are willing to have a winter wedding. This is the only time of year that a Bride and Groom may have to deal with with rain, sleet or snow(sometimes on the same day). But, this is Upstate New York and as Wedding Photographers we shoot in all kinds of crazy weather. Nicholl and Ryan decided to have a winter wedding at Key Hall at Proctors but it didn’t feel like winter. Besides the leftover snow on the streets of Schenectady you would never have known that it was February. We enjoyed a 60 degree day(nice!) while we captured our couple and their friends and family near Proctors. I always say that shooting wedding photos in downtown Schenectady is.. well…special. You never know what a stranger passing by will say or do. But I guess that adds to the fun. Our couple had a great ceremony and reception at Key. The Father of of the Bride even jumped in to play with the band that night….good stuff. A night at Key Hall at Proctors isn’t complete until you do night photos. So, we ended this amazing wedding with some night shots with the newlyweds.
