Lindsey & Josh's Wedding Day at Mohawk River Country Club & Chateau
Some wedding days feel truly unforgettable, and Lindsey & Josh’s end-of-summer celebration at Mohawk River Country Club was one of them. Set along the picturesque banks of the Mohawk River, the Country Club is renowned for its lush greens, sweeping water views, and elegant event spaces—an ideal backdrop for any love story.
Nestled in a secluded garden on the club grounds, Lindsey and Josh opted for a first look. The moment Josh turned to see Lindsey, his expression said it all—pure awe and love. The late summer sun cast a golden glow, making Lindsey’s gown and the delicate blue accents in her bouquet pop against the lush greenery. These photos are always some of our favorites: raw, unscripted, and full of emotion.
The outdoor ceremony took place on the manicured lawn, framed by mature trees and a gentle river breeze. Pale blue ribbons fluttered from the chairs, and the floral frame—abundant with white and soft blue blooms—set a romantic tone. Lindsey and Josh exchanged vows with happy tears, surrounded by their closest friends and family.
After the ceremony, we wandered the club’s grounds for portraits. The late afternoon light was perfect, illuminating the couple against a backdrop of brilliant green lawns and blooming flowerbeds. Lindsey’s dress danced in the wind, echoing the delicate blue hues of the bridesmaids’ dresses and the intricate floral arrangements. Every frame celebrated the season’s natural beauty and the couple’s effortless connection.
Inside, the reception was a vision of understated elegance—flickering candles and centerpieces overflowing with the most beautiful arrangements. Guests dined, laughed, and toasted the newlyweds as the sun set outside. The dance floor came alive with energy, and we made sure to capture every spin, dip, and smile.
Lindsey & Josh’s wedding was a day crafted with care, joy, and so much love—a true honor to document from start to finish!
