It’s great to have the opportunity to shoot weddings with different customs. Throughout the years we’ve captured weddings with different cultural themes and it definitely keeps my job as a Wedding Photographer interesting. It’s been a few years since I’ve captured a wedding with Nigerian customs, so I was really anticipating Eziafa & Yemi’s big day. A few days before their nuptials I met with our couple in Albany for some evening Engagement Photos. Usually, these sessions give me the opportunity to get to know a couple a little more and it also gives them a chance to get used to me. Well, we had a great time and I got to see that Eziafa and Yemi just love to have fun! On the big day we headed out to Lenox, Ma to shoot their wedding photos at Cranwell Resort. We captured their “getting ready” photos and then we got with our couple for their “first look” and some formal photos. After their ceremony we were able to grab more photos and even capture pics with a cool sunset (nice!).  Their reception was lively from beginning to end with our bride and groom making their entrance to party music! They changed into traditional Nigerian wedding outfits halfway through the reception, so of course we had to take them back outside for some quick night shots at the end of the night!
