Earlier this year I got to hang out with Caroline & Nick to shoot their Engagement Photos at Siena College, where it all started (check out those pics here). We talked about their experiences together in college, their upcoming wedding day at Glen Sanders Mansion and how much taller Nick is than Caroline. Even though we were at their venue so much this year that some of the staff started to think that I worked there; I was excited to shoot their wedding photos at Glen Sanders Mansion. We started with some bridal prep photos with our bride and her bridesmaids. This group of ladies were ready to have a a fun day and so they were happy to take a few fun photos in their suite. The guys look like they had a great time getting ready too…I saw lots of bottles and shot glasses (lots). Our couple exchanged their vows at one of favorite places to shoot ceremonies, St. John the Evangelists Church in Schenectady. After getting a bunch of formal photos with our newlyweds along with their friends and family back at the Mansion it was time for the reception. We had a great time shooting this reception, Caroline and Nick had such a fun group of people that came ready to party. Somehow I should have known that the night wasn’t over until everyone sung along to “Sweet Caroline”(man…that’s a catchy song).
