Almost a year ago I shot a wedding in Latham that was…well…memorable to say the least. That couple and their bridal party and guests partied hard and tore up the dance floor all night. At that wedding I met Kiamisha and Earl who had a wedding coming up in Albany and they promised that their wedding was going to be even more fun. That peaked my interest and I even said to one of my Photographers: “I gotta see this”!

Before we could get to the excitement of their wedding day we first set up an Engagement Session. That was a fun one and I liked the football jerseys idea…. You can check out their E-Session here.

Finally, the wedding day was here and everything would take place in downtown Albany. Nice!…I just blogged about how I love shooting in Albany. So, as we normally do we got plenty of prep photos of our bride and groom before the ceremony.

Kiamisha and Earl wanted to do a “first look” (of course they wanted to party right after the vows) so we set up Earl here on State st….I just don’t know why he was in such deep thought….hmmmm

I love the first look….

Time for the ceremony. The ceremony and reception was at Hilton’s Hotel Albany (formally Crowne Plaza). We had a minute to catch a few detail shots..

Nice setup at the reception. The terrible towel cake? Sure…why not. At least they’re not Cowboys fans (couldn’t resist).

This couple came in ready to party. Our bride even made a wardrobe change to show everyone she was ready..

No slow dancing at this reception…..

There’s never a dull moment with this guy. There were shots of him that just had us cracking up when we were working on these pics.

It was a great night to be out under the city lights of Albany so of course we came back out for a few quick shots…
