Earlier this year it was…well…warm and we were all over the Capital District shooting Engagement Photos. I loved it because it forced me to get out of the studio for a little while and the couples loved it because they were able to do a “warm up”  session before their wedding day. But, this time of year no one is banging down my door so that they can stroll hand in hand through the park while I take pics.

Still yet, we might squeeze in two more engagement sessions this winter for some brave couples, so stay tuned.

One e-session that we did earlier this year was with Nicole and Bill in Saratoga. We had a great time in the park and also going through the streets of downtown Saratoga. We couldn’t wait for their big day!

So, their wedding day was finally here. The ceremony was at the Prince of Peace in Clifton Park. But first, of course we had to do some preparation photos, so we started early and headed to the family’s house in Clifton Park. The reception that night was set to be at the Century House in Latham (another one of those venues that we’ve been to a lot this year). Everyone had a great time that night and I really can’t say that there were any dull moments (see pics below to see what I mean).

The Century House works well for night-time photos which is great since we did most of their formals at night .
