After a small winter hiatus from weddings we were excited to be back at it a few weeks ago. Sure, I loved getting a break after last years hectic wedding season, but it was a nice feeling to finally get a camera back in my hand. Last month we had the pleasure of shooting Suzette & Braxton’s ceremony at St Josephs in Fort Edward followed by their reception at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga. It’s been a while since we’ve shot wedding photos at the Hall of Springs, so it was great to be back there again. We had a fun time shooting photos of our couple outside of the Hall. We didn’t even mind almost falling in the snow a few times. BTW…snow is all nice and fluffy when it first falls in the winter but its so soggy after it starts to melt. So, with the entire lawn behind the Hall of Springs being covered with sogginess we had a little bit of a challenge. Suzette and Braxton were such great sports, they were willing to trek through the slushy snow just for their photos (nice!). We enjoyed every minute of it……and we’re officially back!
